These Terms of Use relate to the use of Our Site.  Where We make any introduction of a candidate to a client Our standard Terms of Business will apply which will be given to Our clients at the point of their registration with Us.  These Terms of Use are in addition to and not in substitution for Our standard Terms of Business.  

 

You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access Our Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use, and that they comply with them.  You must not allow any person to access this Site unless they have accepted these Terms of Use. 

 

There is no right of “cooling-off” in relation to the Terms of Use as Our services on Our Site are immediately made available to users.

  1. WE MAY TRANSFER THIS AGREEMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE
